When will my box ship?
Boxes ship on the 1st of every month. Join before the monthly cut-off date to receive the next box.
Can I choose what goes in my box?
No. The Sty Society is a fixed surprise box curated by Smelly Pigs. Every member receives the same box, containing at least £30 worth of products for £19.99.
Can I skip a month?
Yes. Skip an upcoming box through your account and the membership resumes the following month.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel through your account without contacting support. Cancelling a Founding Membership permanently removes the locked-in price.
Can I buy it as a gift?
Yes. Choose a prepaid 3, 6 or 12-month gift. It ends automatically and the recipient is never charged.

What Shopify setup will deliver this?
Please recommend the best single app or app combination for the following customer experience. We are considering Appstle Memberships, Appstle Subscriptions, Seal and Recharge, but are open to a better recommendation.
Subscription and fulfilment
- Charge members £19.99 monthly and create a physical Shopify fulfilment order each month.
- Boxes are dispatched together on the 1st, with a clear monthly sign-up cut-off.
- Customers can skip one delivery, pause or cancel from a self-service portal.
- Failed payments are retried automatically.
- Founding members retain £14.99 while continuously active; standard price is £19.99.
- Founding membership must stop accepting sign-ups after 100 places are sold.
Fixed monthly box
- There is no customer product selection, build-a-box or Pick ’n’ Mix stage.
- Every member receives the same curated box, containing products worth at least £30.
- Admin must be able to change the contents each month without customers resubscribing.
- Please advise whether orders should contain one Sty Society box SKU or list every component separately.
- If components are listed separately, the correct inventory must be reduced automatically.
- The packing team needs one clear monthly fulfilment list with no manual customer-choice matching.

- Provide a printable or emailed gift announcement.
Please confirm: your recommended app stack, monthly software cost, transaction fees, any custom development required, how the changing fixed-box contents and inventory will work, and whether this remains manageable beyond 1,000 active members.
